Bad hotel
When we checked in a got to room. It smelled like someone had been smoking weed in the room. When we reported it to house keeping they refused to call a manager. She was named Alexis steward. When i finally got ahold of house keeping mgr Teresa Salas she did not do anything besides ask my wife how did she know what weed smelled like. The issue was bad due to my wife having asthma and it immediately affected her. I went to front desk and spoke to Jonathan about switching rooms. He said he could not that they were overbooked. He said he would send someone to sanitize room. After another hour they never showed. By this time we had been waiting in hall for 2 hrs. Finally Jonathan did switch us to another room butbit was not the king room i had it was 2 queen beds. I had requested a fridge in room i never got it. Then when i webt to check out they were gonna try to charge me for it still. We will never stay at this hotel again it is not nice and customer service is bad. Also supposedly the safety of customers is top priority but we could not tell.
