Horrible Check in throughout Checkout
My wife & I visited Morgan City to visit a Tubal Reversal Dr. & needed a one night stay close to the surgery center in Houma . This hotel was close to $200 for one night & it should have been $20 !! When we first arrived the hotel was filthy from walking in the lobby! The desk clerk have us room #220 so we get in the Smelly elevator & proceed to the room , walked down filthy hallway only to open the room door & it haven’t even been cleaned yet. We walk back downstairs & tell the clerk that the room hasn’t been cleaned since the last person checked out . The clerk didn’t say A WORD , no apology , no explanation, no acknowledgement. I reached her the key & she gave us another room (still not saying a word) so we walk back to the new room & it was serviced THANK GOD but it was not sanitized !! Gladly we brung our Lysol spray & had to spray everything bc all you seen was finger prints & smut!! The tub was 1/2 cleaned but bc we had surgery in Houma for 3am we just decided to wait until we get to the surgical center to shower ! Do not recommend & will never stay at a Laquinta again !

My room was falling apart. None of my bathroom amenities were refilled once the entire time I was staying there. There was only peanut butter or cream cheese to put on toast in the morning.
