A very nice hotel and excellent staff. The taxi driver going there was a bit unsure and it’s best to look up to spot the hotel as reception is on the 3rd floor. Lots to see and close to the railway and metro stations. Metro if fantastic to use once you get your bearings, use google maps for the best routes.
Nice location in Shinjuku. Around 10min walk to JR station and close to shops. Helpful and friendly staff.
Very good location
This hotel is a step above a roach motel. I had stayed in three other hotels in Japan. This hotel was my last stop back in Tokyo before heading to the airport. Because the other three hotels were great, I assumed I was on a lucky spree. I usually stay at American chain hotels when traveling overseas. The hotel entrance is on the third floor tucked behind a dirty sidewalk..then you walk into a lobby with a horrible odor. The lighting was bad and I just felt instantly dirt. After checking in, that same smell lingered in the hallway on my floor. My room was dated and worn from the carpet to the mini-sofa. You could see the dirt stains on the sofa. After attempting to sanitize, I decided to just sit in the desk chair. Thank God I was only there for one night and probably would have canceled if it wasn't a prepaid room.
thank you for the warm service and friendly staff. Small room but sufficient
Great place to stay for convienince/location. Hotel was well presented, clean and comfortable to stay in. There was a lot of street noise on the Saturday night, but I guess staying in that area bound to get that. Overall we were happy with our stay.
Much confusion about the rooms. Even though I paid for all the rooms, I was not going to allowed to check in - terrible
This hotel is in the middle of a lot of things happening. Right next to Golden Gai and in the heart of restaurants and bars. The hotel was clean and full of tourists. The room was larger than expected but we had stayed in some small places (everything is small in Tokyo though). We would stay here again!
Small room but clean and all functional. Near JR station, easy to walk. In a Shopping zone
