Great location but bad bed
The staff was friendly and the room was okay. Very close to all the fun areas which was nice. The only bad thing was the bed and pillows. The bed was hard and the pillows were stiff. If you’re used to a softer bed then this is not for you. It was hard to get good sleep and woke up with soreness in shoulders and back.

Great location to explore Shinjuku
The hotel is located a few meters away from the golden gai area but it was still quiet. We were on the 9th floor so this may have made a difference. Room was clean and small which is typical for Japan unless you seek out a more expensive and western style hotel. Lots of restaurants and bars close by with easy walking distance to the robot restaurant and the Godzilla head. Great location to explore shinjuku. The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. The front desk stored our luggage until it was times for us to leave. If you will be needing a large taxi better to book it ahead of time but we fit 5 large bags and 3 ppl in a regular taxi which we waived down on the street. The breakfast buffet was yummy.

Good hotel right in the middle of Shinjuku
I traveled to Japan in December 2019 as part of a Japan/Thailand solo trip. The hotel is centrally located in Shinjuku and served as a great base for exploring the city (in fact, it’s right in front of the famous Golden Gai). I found the room straightforward/clean - your basic hotel set up. The staff was friendly and helpful, and held my luggage as I explored the city after check-out on my last day. They even mailed my post cards for me. I would pick this spot again.

Convenient hotel with excellent location
The hotel is an excellent choice for staying in Tokyo, as it has an unbeatable location in one of the best spots in Shinjuku, close to the main attractions (such as Kabuchiko, Golden Gai, Samurai Museum, the stores and Shunjuku station). Even if the area is kind of chaotic, the hotel was very well preserved and clean, room is spacious (for Japanese standards). As it's a walking distance away from so many restaurants, bars and places of interest, it's a no-brainer for any tourist or traveler who wants to experience Tokyo.

Returning after a lovely stay in summer, staff accommodated our rooming request to a T: near to my boys, corner room, non-smoking. Thank you for making it happen. Clean and pleasant. Staff was also friendly and helpful. Only down side is WiFi is very weak for our corner room. Definitely can improve on this. Arigatōgozaimashita
