Great location, great value.
Fantastic stay in a vibrant neighborhood, great location and good value. Essential things you need for stay is provided. Staff (front desk Mikiko-San) were friendly and helpful when we needed help with contacting a Japanese speaking agency. TQ, we’ll be back.

Room too small
Check in was fast, but we are very disappointed at the room in overall, as it is totally not like the picture. We ended up having to pay for upgrade for a bigger room which is not what we expected as we stayed at other countries' Ascott Group hotels and the size was ok for the price and the room is the same as the pictures seen. The double bed in our initial room (deluxe double) was the same size of 1 single bed of our paid-upgraded room (studio premier suite). We have to pay an average of additional SGD210 per night, which was unavoidable for 2 big sized individuals as the initial room really cannot fit us both for 4 nights. Check-out time is 11am for normal rooms (10th floor and below) and 12pm for rooms 11th to 14th floors. There is a Lawson mart downstairs of the hotel which is so convenient. The area is abit messy at night though. Just be careful and walk faster to the hotel and it should be fine.

In the heart of Shinjuku
Location is right in the middle of Shinjuku, Golden Gai on one side and streets alive with nightlife on the other side. If you are looking to be in the middle of a place that comes alive at night and stumbles through the day, this is a good choice. Hotel is clean and safe.
