Close to everything. Staff super helpful. Katya the concierge was very helpful. Breakdown provided was exquisite and freshly prepared. Good omelettes. Need to work on the water running in the shower, hot and cold Walter alternates while taking a shower. I brought it up to the staff and they will work on fixing it. Otherwise out stay was perfect and super comfortable.

lovely hotel and we would certainly stay there again. Staff were good. Only thing is that we ordered our room service, it didn't come and when we chased it they said we hadn't ordered but since we had been passed there by reception of course we had. We re-ordered but the whole thing took an hour which is not good after a long tiring day at Machu Picchu. There was no sign of the 10% food and beverage reduction either. But apart from that our stay was excellent and we did get an upgrade on our 2nd visit.

We had a wonderful experience here. The hotel is nice and the rooms are pretty modern. However, the biggest positive here is the staff. The manager upgraded us to a suite just because he wanted to make us happy. The room was awesome with 2 balconies & a comfortable bed. They were always helpful with any needs. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is pretty close to the square (5 min walk) but not in the middle of all the tourist stops. Great place to stop when in cusco.
