Bad service
Room was very nice and clean. Service was awful. We were ignored at the bar, seriously like we didn’t even exist, left and went to back to the room to find that they hadn’t done any service, had to call to get towels, next morning went to breakfast to see they closed it early and had all the extra food packed into to go containers. For 180 a night this was pretty disappointing.

Amazing!
My immediate reaction was awe! It was my second hotel stay on my trip and they did it right! It was clean (for the most part) and just really welcoming. Wish I had stayed at this place first-despite the distance from downtown. I had two issues which were more of an inconvenience with slight concern. First, I removed the cushions to get the pullout bed and saw chips. Minor but concerning as my son was going to sleep there. Was the bed actually clean? But I blame the housekeeper, not the hotel. Second, in the morning, our toilet wouldn’t flush at all. We were checking out so everyone just waited till we got downstairs. But the desk representative said it happens from time to time and explained what it was. Still nothing that would keep me from returning. The icing on the cake was the ability to stream!! Love Marriott for that. Other hotels need to get on board. Long post. But want everyone to know that it’s worth it!!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Element in East Ridge! The lobby, breakfast area, and our room were all extremely clean and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and offered a really good selection of items. My kids loved the pancakes and my wife and I loved the espresso machine! Everyone on staff that we interacted with was very helpful, kind, and welcoming. We wish we could give more than 5 stars! We will definitely stay at The Element when we return to Chattanooga.

FAVORITE hotel
Honestly I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We came from Miami for our 5th Anniversary. This hotel from check in to check out makes you feel right at home. I regret not writing down anyone’s name so that I can give more credit but front desk was amazing and so was the bartender. Breakfast is so good with so much to choose from. The hotel is brand new and everything is impeccably clean. We can’t wait to come back to Chattanooga and stay with Element

Xlnt newer property. Great bkfst! Nice staff everywhere. Very clean and well maintained. The room is completely equipped for cooking and cleaning. Beds are very firm. If you like that
