Amazing deal during covid. Nice room. Good breakfasts included. Price was basically cad$70 which seems like a real steal to me. Good location in El Poblado to the south of Parque Lleras and directly to the north of shopping centres. Staff was helpful to book a tour to a coffee plantation. Room service food was very good.

The staff was amazing throughout the stay. I was disappointed there wasn't a masseuse on staff during my stay, but the front desk, the concierge, the restaurant staff, and the maids were amazing.

Very nice place. Great location, great value overall, very good food, BEAUTIFUL pool area (Alex was wonderful), and very good and friendly service from everyone BUT... the internet in the room was horrible. VERY difficult to get work done when you rely on the hotel wifi to work remotely and it keeps crashing... it was bad. If not for the wifi the stay would have been perfect.

The hotel is in an excellent location! At first my experience did not start off so great, however, management was very quick to make the necessary adjustments and move me to a new room. The food is wonderful the staff is extremely friendly. The hotel is absolutely spotless clean, I had no worries or concerns at all the entire visit was absolutely wonderful
