Charming Hotel in Ljubljana
It’s a charming hotel in the middle of the pedestrian area so you can walk to everywhere to see the sights. The breakfast at the hotel is very good and the dinner is excellent. We had dinner on the first night outdoors and the last night indoors as it was a bit chilly. The staff from the receptionist to the restaurant staff are very nice and accommodating. The cleaning crew in the rooms does a great job.

Excellent location right in the heart of the old town. Great check in experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful room. We requested a room with a bath thinking there would also be a shower over it but even through there was a shower head holder we could not use it. Small worry. The too. Had bedside wireless charging for phones. And lots of other nice things including a well stocked and reasonably priced minibar which we had no hesitation using. We are at their restaurant and had an excellent dinner. Breakfast each morning was a very pleasant experience with huge choice and delicious food. Check out was easy and friendly. We would love to stay here again

I spent 4 nights at the hotel. It is in an excellent location, beside the Cobblers Bridge and in walking distance to all attractions. The area around it, has lots of restaurants and cafes and it felt very safe, even walking home at nighttime. I had booked an ‘internal room’, and it was explained to me when I booked it and when I checked in that it didn’t have a window. Originally I was concerned about this but it really wasn’t an issue at all. The room was well designed, even though it was small. The bathroom was a very good size, with a powerful shower. There was no safe in the room, I would have liked a coffee maker or kettle due to the length of my stay and I wasn’t given a complementary bottle of water, which I think most hotels provide. These are just minor suggestions though as overall I really enjoyed my stay. I did get some assistance from reception, requested a sheet as found the duvet too heavy and getting the airport shuttle booked (to and from the airport). On all occasions, everyone was extremely helpful and provided great service. I had a great visit to Ljubljana, my first to the city and country. While I saw a lot, I do hope to return again soon and I would certainly stay at this hotel again.
