I checked in alonng with my male cousin which i had reserved another room for and the receptionist Andrea laghed after she asked me if we were staying iin the same room. I asked to speak to a manager Guillermo and filled out an invident report. I felt violated that a representative of this 5 star hotel would be so disrespectful towards me as a first time guest at this hotel. I was highly disappointed in how i was treated. I stayed a total of 12 days and was ashamed to walk in to the lobby and pass the reception every single day.
