The property is nice and clean. The restaurant serves very good breakfast with excellent food choices for Westerners and Asians. Food and wine are decent for dinner. The staff and the manager (Steve) were very hospitable. We always enjoyed the food and services when we dined there. The area surrounding the resort is empty with nothing worth seeing. A ride to the main drag downtown is just about five minutes away which makes up for the lack of activities around the resort. I definitely made a good choice by staying at this resort after seeing all other hotels in Sapa.

Location is good and convenient to go to Pub Street. Room is spacious. The breakfast has considerable amount of varieties to choose. However, the food in the restaurant is expensive as compared to those in the Pub Street. The SPA is reasonable but the clothing might need to be renewed.

I can't recommend this resort enough. Location is very convenient, but it was the staff that made the difference. From beginning to end it was a pleasure being there. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made you feel like family (first name basis). Pool is beautiful, food on-site is excellent, and the rooms are very clean. Highly recommend (and I'm picky).
