This was my second time in Lima and first time at the Radisson Miraflores. They made my trip so comfortable. All of the staff remembered my name and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I need. I'll definitely be staying there next time I visit! THANK YOU!

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. While the room was clean, I thought it was on the small side and a bit out-dated for the money paid for it. Breakfast selection at the restaurant was very good, however the dinner options for vegetarians was very limited.

Good place to stay in Lima.
Hotel is well situated in the lively neighborhood of Miraflores. The staff are super nice. Rooms are clean and modern. Breakfast was very good with the option to order individually. Lobby staff are helpful with recommendations to sights and restaurants. One staff in particular, Cesar at the front door entrance helped me tremendously when I felt sick and took a taxi back to the hotel. At that time, it was late in the evening and I did not carry enough change to pay the cab driver. Cesar paid the driver on my behalf without reservation. Of course I paid him back shortly afterwards. I am so appreciative of what he did for me! Thank you!

Old and bad service
This is an old property that they are charging the same as for other newer hotels in the city of this level. The service is very low level, I felt like everybody was doing me a favor for letting me stay there. The towels lost their white color many years ago.

I enjoy this hotel. Location great. Breakfast outstanding. Wi-Fi very dependable. Staff very nice. Rooftop pool was a bit chilly. In September when I was there it was heated which was a great plus. One of the reasons I returned was because the pool was now heated. However, the heat was turned off and the water was a bit chilly especially those days when sun was not out in force. Suggestion is set temp for pool water and let it stand.
