The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay, all the way from check-in to check-out. Really fun vibe and a great location close to a lot of shopping and the corniche. My daughter really enjoyed the pool!

Located a short walk from City Centre Mall. Lots of staff always around to help with anything you need. Great views over the town and sea front from the higher floors. Morning is too much to ask for and they do everything to make your stay comfortable, highly recommend.

The W is simply one of those prestigious, decorated hotels that need no introduction! The sheer elegance in which they receive you as a guest, the warmth of their reception and comfort of their world-class facilities (particularly the Spa, Gym and Swimming Pool areas) were remarkable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Staff were very attentive, outspoken in a friendly manner and welcoming in every sense of the term. Special thanks must go to Gultan and Anastasia for their wonderful professionalism and excellent hospitality.
