Good experience
Great experience as always, rooms clean and love the gated fence. The only recommendation I would suggest is having connected rooms where people can stay as a a family, one rooms isn’t enough for a family of more than 4 people.

La estancia en general fue buena. Los principales puntos de contacto a simple vista estaban limpios, pero no estoy seguro si las demás superficies fueron desinfectadas. El servicio del staff bueno, discreto, nada intrusivo, hasta que por la mañana, el personal de limpieza tocó y abrió mi puerta en dos ocasiones. ¿No deberían saber cuánto tiempo se van a quedar ahí los clientes o no deberían informarles cuando ya dejaron la habitación? No creo que sea apropiado despertar al cliente a las 8:30am.

The hotel is in a huwna location, the rooms are normal, but there are several details that I did not like at all, it took us a long time to check in, the sanitary measures are very strict, the air conditioning did not work, so very hot and the worst, the house keeping people knocking on the door at 8:30 a.m. making a lot of noise and just what to tell you, we're just checking, Reallyyyy? You try to sleep on aSunday morning plus the screams in the hallway!! So it was one of my worst experiences in a hotel, nothing recommended

They say they serve breakfast to the rooms it was 9am and we still had nothing to eat, we checked out and went to go have breakfast elsewhere. They were not very informative, I had an issue with the elevator. I was pushing 2 for the second floor and we would not go no where. I had to go all the way back to reception to let them know then she told me that I had to press the 1 for the second floor. How were we suppose to know?
