Would recommend this hotel if you want to stay close to the airport. The fashion outlets are a walking distance.
After a long travel day and more today, this was what I needed. Comfortable sumptuous bed and an edgy feel to the space.
Bathrooms weren’t the nicest, and the bathroom
Amazing staff, amazing comfort one thing is for sure they dont cheap to out
Great stay close to airport and shopping with comfy bed
Neat, quiet lobby and hotel amble hand sanitizing stations. Disappointed they hadn't open the restaurant up yet as it has been phenomenal in the past. Bathroom could use some uokeep work.
I had king bed suite with no microwave nor rehrigrator Overall the stay was okay other than that
Had an executive suite. The room was very spacious and clean. Stagg was super helpful
To make a long story short because it does not all fit in here I stayed 2/14/2021. That night someone tried to go in our bedroom and open the door because we were asleep and naked in our bed and did not hear them. I pre paid for this with my hotels.com rewards & the hotel still charged me and also had double incidental charges. I spoke to Dzejna 1ce and from there I asked email communication for anything as my job I cant really be on the phone from 9-630 pm. She never followed up on my request and made things harder & frustrating me having to call on this after work & called the hotel and left message for her to email me & that I had follow up questions on a gift certificate she offered. 2/22/2021 and still no email as I requested. Do not stay here unless you want your privacy invaded and then get double charged on everything w/unprofessional management to take care of the situation. Worst hotel service I have had in my 15 years of traveling.
I love it 10/100 especially considering the COVID circumstances.
