Was all going great - nice property in a good spot - when a group of drunken tourists got back around 5am. That’s not the hotel’s fault, but their choice of solution was horrendous: to try and find who it was making all the noise, they started CALLING ROOMS AT 6am ON A SATURDAY to ask if we were the ones making the noise? Terrible way to manage the situation: drunks waking people up is in bad taste; a hotel randomly waking even more people up to ask them if they’re the ones making the noise? Inexcusable.

I took the suite and the private jacuzzi on top was amazing. Very friendly staff, very relaxing hotel. However, it needs modernising. Gym is outdated. No english channels in my TV. Carpets in corridors slightly faded. However, it was very clean and suite was very spacious. definately would recommend and i would say the suite was value for money

A chilled hotel
There was a few hiccups when we first checked in, but staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough to correct the problem. Great service from the reception staff. If you’re after a calm chilled break this is the hotel for you . I loved my stay, just the mattresses need addressing , hard and uncomfortable
