No hot water for two days in Feb!
We stayed a month ago, when it was pretty cold. Despite the hot water working the first day, it didn’t work the second, and only eventually worked in the evening. The hotel were already aware of the issue. In addition, it’s on quite a noisy street so when it does get warm in the room, you are stuck with the choice of opening the windows, and letting in the noise from the two clubs/bars next to it, or dealing with the stuffy room as the air conditioning/fan doesn’t work. We were promised a refund a month ago, which we’re still waiting for…..

Mid-quality No Frills Hotel
Hotel staff was great. My room was just above 2 cafes that were open late so it was somewhat noisy, but the windows did a great job of blocking noise. A little white noise and it was gone. It's located near a lot of cafes, clubs, strip joints, sex shops, and massage parlors. I felt safe on the street and in the hotel, even very late at night. The carpet in my room had coffee (I think) stains and a little mildew around the shower--the whole room could use a refresher. It's no frills but did the job and then some.

L great location an service, but loud
Great location, cleans, but room 12 is in front of the hotel on a busy street so lots of noise until the bars and restaurants close. Also the illuminated lights in the front leak light into the room and the curtains do not cover the entire window. The room could you a freshen up.
