Central hotel with old world charm
Very nice hotel. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, with lots of choice, although toaster didn't work too well. Quite old fashioned, and very quiet. Perfect for exploring Palermo.

Average stay.
Great breakfast, good service but building a liittle tired and gloomy. Needs a lick of paint ! Wifi also not fit for purpose and satellite tv reception not adequate to watch. Average stay and probably better places in the city but still reasonably priced I guess. If Wifi fixed would be an OK place.

Grand old hotel in Palermo
This is a comfortable hotel in a great part of Palermo - perfect for exploring the city and day trips to Mondello and Cefalu. The hotel staff really make this a great place to stay. Davide and Paolo made breakfast a pleasure. You'll have a very warm welcome here.

Excellent hotel and COVID Safe.
Excellent hotel within easy walking distance to all main attractions. COVID safe, as all staff wearing masks with sanitizers placed all over the hotel. Breakfast buffet was behind glass screen and you pointed to the food and the waiter brings it to your table.

Grand in every sense but the cost
This amazingly elegant hotel offers excellent service out of proportion to the modest cost. The breakfast buffet has been modified to table service following selections through a plexiglass screen. The quality and range of the items on offer is remarkable especially considering that it is included in the room price. We have paid more for a lesser repast than we paid for the room with breakfast included!

A hotel with nice amenities, old world charm and decor. Clean room, nice furnishings. Bed could use a mattress upgrade to something more comfy, but it was ok. The staff was very friendly and service oriented. Breakfast was good, with enough food options and good coffee. The wood-paneled lobby and bar area reminds you of a library in a private club, enjoy a glass of wine there. Good location to walk around Palermo historic sights and shopping and restaurants.
