Great holiday experience
The hotel is located in a great area. It is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff are very friendy.

Issue with clogged sink was quickly resolved when mentioned to staff, staff all very helpful. Food service in the bar was good but several menu items were out of stock

The room wasn't clean - there were hairs on the bathroom floor and stains on the sheets. The air con, even though it was turned off- seemed to cut in every few mins during the night, which doesn't help when you're trying to sleep. Not overly impressed, really. I've had cleaner / nicer stays at the near by EasyHotel for a fraction of the cost!

Perfect location
Perfect location for a weekend in Liverpool, lively with loads to do and see. Hotel was clean but not spotless, service at the bar was terrible, 3 times we waited to be served but gave up and went elsewhere, they were so slow, and didn’t seem to know who was first in the queue.

There was no hot water available in the morning to have shower. Hotel confirmed there was an issue which was being looked at. We had to check out to catch a flight very disappointing . Can you please contact me regarding this issue
