Worst stay ever.
I have been a customer for many years with Hotels.com. I have never had an experience like I did with this stay. First off we were given the wrong room type. Second the room next to us partied untill 4am.( loud yelling, loud music) Advised front desk several times. I go a little higher on price to try and avoid this. Breakfast was horrible ( i do understand the covid restrictions but dont advertise Continental Breakfast when its only a couple of pieces of fruit and cereal). Will not stay here again.

Great hotel. Even during COVID times the hotel’s breakfast bar was set up nicely. Room was very clean and spacious. Right next to the outlets, stadium and Westgate restaurants. Only thing I will say is that the floors/ceilings could’ve been sound insulated better. Or should’ve been concrete. We could hear the people above us’s kids running around the room both nights until 1 in the morning. Had to call the front desk the second night to complain. Other than that I would highly recommend this hotel.

Well the room was nice until we woke up at 4am to a smoke smell well which we could night find where the smell was coming from. I understand they switched us rooms but felt they could of gave us a discount on the first night since we had to be inconvenienced to move in the middle of the night.
