Small but wonderful. I certainly now prefer Napili Kai over the larger, “fancier” hotels. While the lobby is deceptive (not upscale), Napili Kai was spotless, and the greens were immaculate and incredibly well maintained. Room was large, modern, very clean and well appointed with comfy beds. The on-site sea house restaurant was great with above par food and attentive service. Great place to stay, I’m a snob of a traveler, however, I would definitely skip the four seasons or Waldorf to stay here again. Great for families.

The property is excellent, the setting is amazing. Beautiful place, gorgeous beach and the friendliest staff ever. A little outdated in furnishings and decor, but overall, great!

We loved the staff, the beach and our unit. We shortened our trip due to the Covid 19 virus and the resort was awesome in refunding our money. We were sad to go but we will definitely be back!!!

I liked how close it was to both bays the beach on the resort has no waves and the bay that is a 5 min walk has a lot of things to see if you’re trying to do snorkeling.

Property is right on the beach with multiole pools. We were there during the State Covid shut down. The staff kept all areas, snack bar and restaurant open with take out only service. All the staff very friendly.
