The condo itself was terrific - beautifully equipped - clean The garden view was more accurately a parking lot view - would definitely stay again but would pay extra for the ocean view Nice stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Large units with everything available as would be at home. Convenient location. Beautiful beach.

BBQ area was great. Nightly grill master was fantastic!

I made reservations 7 months prior for a partial ocean view. I even called ahead of time asking for a high floor and newer furniture. We arrived late in the evening, very tired with my 85 year old mother after flying 6 hrs from the mainland. The room faced the parking lot and the rooms smelled old and musty. Maybe it was the old furniture. Really? We spent time trying resolve the problem and wound up moving to a ground floor garden view. Totally opposite from what we requested. Then we get an alert that we were charged $1200+ plus the deposit for incidentals. I called Travelocity to call the property because we prepaid months ago when we made the reservations. The amount was refunded. Other than that the property and condo was lovely.

Upon reading reviews was expecting an exceptional stay but was disappointed. First upon arrival at check in the front desk was more concerned about discussing strict rules on no sunscreen or sand in condos that you have to sign off on but did not ask about how to make our stay enjoyable/activities available. Then upon entering the room the kitchen was modern but the rest of the place was dated and had a musty smell (we think this was due to the carpeting). On our first night we discovered the bed is extremely uncomfortable (very soft/lumpy that you sink into) and pillows were pancakes. Additionally the bathroom was spacious but shower was covered in soap scum/lime and needed a good cleaning. The location on the beach is fantastic although the better swimming beaches are further south and the pool is small but has a nice bbq patio area. Overall did not think this place was worth the price as the pluses of location were outweighed by outdated / unclean rooms and lacking service, will not stay here again. Note room was located in building 3 perhaps better reviews are from other buildings in the complex.
