Very Average Stay
Our stay was very average but not as good as we were hoping. It definitely felt frowned upon by staff that we didnt speak much spanish. The room was ok not great drawers and cupboards in there and some were broken. Pool areas were nice it was a shame it didnt open until 8 (this was much later than anywhere else we stayed in Costa Rica given how early you start the days there), thr bar area by the pool was also closed and didnt look as though it had been used for a very long time which was a shame. Nice it has a pool table by the pool. Breakfast was nice enough but we were given a menu daily which included several items you could pay for if you wanted but when we tried to buy these we were told we could not order them. The restaurant was also always empty in the day. Location was good not too far to get to most places. Overall i would say you get what you pay for.

Nice option in Manuel Antonio
I think every hotel in this area is compact. I loved the secure, indoor (garage) parking but it’s a tight fit and it can be a pain to get cars in and out. Overall we had a good experience at this hotel. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was mediocre.

Very clean, well-maintained hotel with excellent staff and beautiful grounds! Wifi, hot water and AC were consistent. Walls are soundproof, beds and linens were comfy. Grounds are mainly quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Pool, bar and restaurant closes at 10 pm. The hotel is midway to Quepos and Espadilla beach, and the cheap local bus stops are less than 3 mins walk. There is a small restaurant less than 2 mins walk down the street that offers a beautiful sunset view. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. However, the following is not regarding the hotel but about getting around town if you do not have a car. I recommend taking the local bus (320 CRC as of this writing) which is as clean as New York local buses, than the red taxis (seems to have a flat rate of 3,000 CRC to anywhere within Manuel Antonio/Quepos). We were unfairly upcharged on our first day by a red taxi which left a bitter taste about my experiences with taxis there. Manuel Antonio taxis do not typically have a meter/"maria" so you pay by what they tell you or what you can negotiate. Beware.
