Great hotel with amazing breakfast, clean rooms and nice location. Will strongly recommend
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Personale gentile e professionale. Stanze molto pulite.
The service is good. Breakfast is wonderful. Room is clean. The hotel looks like high-tech and intelligent, but it just looks like it.
Great hotel, staff very helpful. Only missed out on 5 stars as room walls are awefully thin and you can hear everything next door. Beds are also hard so woke up with sore back. Rooms are refreshingly modern. Breakfast buffet was superb in terms of variety, freshness and presentation.,
Booked this a few months back for 4 months. Arrived fairly late, to a rude receptionist. Asked if there was room service as it’s highly advertised to be told no. Finally got a bottle of wine and went up to the room. No air conditioning so slept in very uncomfortable conditions. Went down next day to ask for a room change to a very confrontational staff member. Finally changed room. The rooms aren’t as modern as they look, they’re fairly cheaply decorated. The maid seemed to take things away and not replace them; shower gel, cups etc etc. Even taking my own medication. Tried to ask reception about this and asked to speak to a manager to be told there wasn’t one on site. As this was an anniversary trip I was quite upset, it was full of constant battles. I just wanted a simple room and that was it. I wouldn’t return.

Last time I stayed here, it was decent. This time, we were given a room with a horrible bed, and could hardly sleep. Could feel each spring pushing into my back! Needs some capital improvements to keep up with time....
The hotel is outside the city center in a mixed residential-commercial neighborhood. It seems to be pitched to commercial travelers rather than tourists and for that reason emphasizes functionality over quaint charm but sometimes a tourist needs functionality.
Wonderful breakfast buffet and restaurant. Concrete beds.
The hotel was very noisy, as people were up early. Children running in corridors. I told the manager who checked us in and dismissed what we had said. We were also told the breakfast is up to 11 am, but in fact it finishes at 10:30 am
