Los espacios, que es un hotel muy ecológico y la playa es increible.
Most friendly people ever, we had a great time, the hotel has everything you need to have a great time, we will definitely go again
Nice beach clean beach that’s about it nothing more to say. Food is terrible and staff very rude
Very little variety in food, cold food, little variety in refrigerators
The workers were very nice and the area comfortable
This property is not near any of the other properties in Punta Cana it is in Bayahibe. The location of the property and the price makes it attractive to locals more than international travelers. They do not speak English at the property, so don't expect anyone to understand you if you cant speak Spanish. The beach at the hotel is a small roped off affair so again don't expect anything "traditional Punta Cana" here. The food was bad except Friday and Saturday night which was acceptable, don't expect more than edible. The drinks were cheap off brands except Brugal (which is a decent Rum) the mixers were a sugary affair. The person i was with left early and even though i paid for two people for the entire stay any additional guest was charged at $70 a day! My credit card number were compromised, and I needed to use the hotel phone to call the credit card company since mine never did work despite the international plan. No help with reporting anything to the police and when I checked out they charged me for the phone call at $1 a minute.. So much for customer service... Be aware that travel to the hotel is not included either way and its $80 each way and about 45 mins to Punta Cana International airport. This is not a 4 star hotel or even a 3 star, I would give it 2 stars and advise anyone thinking of going here to pay the additional money and find a mainstream hotel.
The resort was amazing and very clean. The food is not like what we expected from resorts style, but although COVID is around, there was a lot of food and places to eat. Overall, I liked it
It was a bad experience, upon arrival which was the check in time the rooms were not ready. The supervisor at the front desk had promised an extra day due to the inconvenience of the rooms not being being upon arrival, which was a lie and check out was the same day it was scheduled just gave until the end of the day to check out. Worst experience I have had since i been booking for resorts.
Wonderful stay, even with pandemia and Laura (storm). 😁😁😁😁. Great location beautiful people.
Horrible uncomfortable beds. Food is horrible. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
