Not dirty, but a bit dungy. Too much light comes from outside hallway into the room even with the blinds shut. Actually, less light comes into the room during the day. Beds are ok, pillows ok, nothing special. shower head was not working quite right, i.e. clogged pores. Overall, ok, but not worth the price.

I got my sister and My mom a night at the hotel for mother’s day, and once they walked in they were judged because they didn’t look the part (rich). The front desk kept telling them they had to pay and they didn’t have no reservation there with them. The staff didn’t even bother to look, my sister had to call me and I had to email them the receipt so they could see it was true!!!! My sister and mom where so embarrassed. Also the WiFi never worked the whole time they were there, the jacuzzi didn’t work and they refused to give my family the free breakfast that I paid for them to have!!! Overall I will NEVER!! EVER!! stay in this hotel or tell a friend to stay what I will do is pass the word on the experience I had.

WE have stayed here twice before so were unprepared for this disappointing stay. Lunch took almost an hour for our food to be delivered and there was only one other group in the dining room. Then our room was cold. We were told there was no heat in the hotel. When we got up in the morning the hot water for bathing was barely warm. We will not stay there again.
