Very good location about a minute away from some lines that run from Shinjuku station and 5 minute walk from the main Shinjuku station. Lots of good places to eat nearby and good atmosphere all around. The lobby has a clean and modern look but the rooms are very run down. Although clean, they should paint or change wallpapers as soon as possible. Small room as expected. Did not have a safety box which was a downside.

Quick and efficient check-in. The airport limo bus counter was right beside the check-in counter which is helpful for me to book my return trip. Asked for high floor and away from the elevator - they gave me the highest floor and the room furthest away from the elevator (literally the last room)! Overall great place - clean and comfortable room, great service and great location - right next to Shinjuku Station with all the shopping and restaurants!

Nice firm bed and good pillows
The lobby has comfortable chairs for waiting in or meeting someone. The bed is perfectly firm and they have a choice of a couple of pillows (thicker feather pillow and thinner half-foam half-beans one).

I like the location of this hotel. It is centrally located to everything. The subway station is only steps away. The hotel staffs speak very good English. The front desk staffs are friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed staying in this hotel.

Location is strategic. Shopping and restaurants are all walking distance. Airport travel to hotel is not a problem there is an airport limousine bus at the hotel. My 2nd time here and surely will be coming back again and again.
