Wouldnt check me in
Booked the room and arrived about an hour later. Sign on door office closed, call # for help. Called, lady said she wont be back until 8am, i said i need to check in....call and get refund i was told. Real nice, spent next few hours sorting it out. Hotels.com was helpful, but still a pain. Wont ever "try" to stay there again.
