Our check in was horrible. We ran into a lady who I guess is mad at life. Never a smile or a nice word. No information at all. The service personnel were nice and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, but the bad taste of our registration never left. We would see her everyday at the front desk and never a smile or a word. Very rude.
This is our 3rd time here and we’ll be back! We were very pleased to see all the safety measures in place due to the virus.
Property was clean and staff were very friendly. Only thing I did not like was that our room had one of those doors allowing for connection with the adjoining room and it was "paper thin" in that you could hear everything that the people in the other room were saying.
I like that it was not in the center of everything so you have more of a private beach. You get 100% visibility on your kids in the large shallow cove before open ocean.
The hotel has been totally redone and is very clean. The location is quiet but you can stl walk downtown or along the Malacon. Wonderful breakfast.
Very nice hotel. Free breakfast to noon plenty of food nice touch. Room very clean. Bottle water to refill your water containers on every floor of hotel great plus. They can understand english not fluent. Wifi worked. 2 miles from Malacon you can walk 30 mins or bicycle in 15 mins. A Bicycle lane all the way. Walk path perfect beach within steps from the sidewalk. Would stay again. Malacon is fun. Plenty of food places. Check out Harkers for beer and ribeye tacos plus pizza. Good selection of craft beers made in Mexico. Staff is great and roof top view to the Malacon and beach. It would be nice to have bicycles to rent at our hotel. Huber is every where for $2 usd and fast. Buy pesos from a bank atm easy to use make sure you key amount of pesos you want like 4000 pesos at a time there is a fee each time it will charge your account in usd. Only one negative hotel could do a better job on the patio food area with the flies. But the staff is very professional.Hotel is very clean.
My stay was good. The staff was friendly. However, there were a couple of days when the restaurant had hundreds of flies everywhere and nobody did anything about it. I asked my waiter about this problem and He only said that there are always a lot of flies around the hotel in February.
Great place at a reasonable price. Good location and nice breakfast included. We’ve stayed there several times.
The only dislike was the the horel water in shower, and sink is not filtered. You cannot wash your hands and est chips or fruit.
Very ordinary, room very basic, no restaurant within walking distance but the hotel, included breakfast was also basic
