Good location
Location is good and the hotel is very nice. We had only 2 issues. When I booked hotels.com states that deposit of 500rmb per night will be changed. It does not say per room. The hotel wanted per room. Secondly during booking we booked for 3 adults and requested a room with 2 double beds. On check in they gave us a room with one double bed and told us that we had to pay extra for a roll bed. We did not agree to this as we had made the booking 2 weeks ago and we requested a room with two beds so the receptionist agreed to give us one extra bed as complimentary and change us to a two bed room on the following day. Other than that the hotel is clean with nice location and the hotel staff is polite and friendly. Atm in the hotel and a nice pool on the 21st floor.

Booked a room that suppose to be a good one with view and all . Was old and dirty . Stinky, and couldn’t even have temperature right . They say all they can do is give me a fan . So spent a cold night. They didn’t want to provide a change of room or anything

Overall hotel was good, convenient location. But check-in process was a bit delayed. We got there around 4pm. Hotel staff asked us to wait for 15 minutes for room to be ready. This is the first time encountered such experience. Other than that, service was good

Location is perfect very closed to the subway station and can walk to Yu Garden in 10 Minutes. The reception is very helpful.

Close to Yu Garden barhroom was not clean and some of the fresh linen had lipstick on it. The English speaking at the front desk was not good. On checking in the staff did not return my credit card with my passport and other papers. It was brought to my room 10 minutes later.

Everything went well and we were contented with the service provided. Thd hotel is very conveniently located and is situated very near to the subwsy station. However the view of Thd Bund was a bit exaggerated in the official website.
