Friendly, Accommodating Staff
We stayed for new years eve. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downfall was that they couldn't check us into our room until almost 5:00 pm. Fortunately they offered to comp our drinks at the hotel lounge while we waited.

Great in every way.
Stayed here the night before, night of, and night after our wedding. It was perfect. Ideal location, lovely and spacious room (especially the change room and washroom). I'm a local Torontonian and had never stayed at the Hazelton but was very pleasantly surprised. It's expensive, but for a special occasion, it was worth it!
