Hotel not as advertised. We paid for a midprice range accomodation and got the worst room of the hotel .We were told that we got what Expedia paid for . My advise to others is to call hotel direct and never prepay .

Like the Roman decorations around the hotel and staff was very helpful , only issue was after my arrival I needed an iron for a shirt and couldn’t wait two hours for a dry-cleaning service, they did not have a single iron in the hotel.
