Definitely a great hotel for the price. We stayed at a boutique hotel on our last visit and the room was more comfortable because it had more amenities, including toiletries, a robe, and slippers. This room didn't have much, not even a tissue box. However, it had the basics and I asked for a shower cap at the front desk and was given one. One day, a towel was stained with something black but besides this it was clean. If you are in it for the breakfast, you will be happy with the all you can eat wide menu range. Due to COVID, the waiter brings the food out to you which is nice and they don't just have a few items.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The hotel is clean, the amenities are nice, and the free breakfast by the poolside is fantastic. The staff is awesome, especially Benito. Benito always took time to direct us through the city and took care of everything we needed. He took care of us like VIPs. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again when I go back to Guadalajara. Had a great time in Guadalajara. If you ever go to this hotel, look up Benito.
