Nice room. Comfortable.

Loud ..room right by office..loud people walking down hallways hard time sleeping

The hotel location was exactly what we were looking for. The walls seemed very thin, and the floor made noise wherever you walked , in the room and outside the hallway. Some of the front desk was more focused on personal phone calls than the customers. It stated there was a breakfast, we have stayed in hotels during Covid , some offered pre wrapped food - all the way to place your order and delivered to your door... this hotel offered a bag with a warm water bottle and one granola bar. Sad.

It could have been a great experience. It had the potential. A king bed, big flat screen and a whirlpool tub. It was not. There were ants all over the desk, coffee maker and supplies. A huge wet spot on the carpet where someone had spilled something. The whirlpool barely moved water and the TV, refrigerator, some of the lights and the AC unit would not turn on. The 4 pillows on the king bed were nice but 2 more would have been perfect but the worst of it was sleeping on a brick. My body felt like I had been in an accident when I woke up. The bed was clean, the floor had not been vacuumed and there was small pieces of trash on the floor. The furniture looked as though it had been left where the last guest moved it, it was not staged as it should have been after the room was cleaned. 4 clean towels was good but only 1 mat so we had to move it from the tub to the shower in the other room. When I tried to discuss it with the front desk, she was busy checking rooms (we were told they only had 4 check ins all day) and was not available. Was not offered our (free) breakfast and was dismissed by the housekeeping staff. We weren't even able to check out with a human being. No one there, drop the cards in a small bucket of liquid. We had to sign an agreement that we would wear a mask while in all common areas but NONE of the staff wore masks! Not even a bell or button to get someone's attention! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Room was very nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Only bad thing was noise from the airport.

One night stay. Nothing out of the ordinary. A little run down and out dated. No usb connection in the room. No computer in the "office" area. Front desk agent Pracilla was competent and professional. And quite helpful.

A little run down, no elevator to second floor.

Despite being close to the airport, noise wasn't much of an issue. Rather, this property is in decline and poorly run. It's more what I'd expect from a budget chain motel, certainly the worst AmericInn I've ever stayed at (and they used to be my favorite chain for two decades). Since taken over by Windam, they seem to be going downhill, and this one really is. Biggest quirk was that their administrative compuers rarely worked, and they had different types of notes taken by staff to show people checking in - and they didn't match. I had a two-night pre-paid reservation; they could see in in their system, but couldn't print the confirmation. The next day, my door card didn't work; the front desk staff had the room reserved for another guest - but were able to change it back to me. Not the worst hotel stay I ever had, but not at all what I expected from AmericInn, due to poor management.

We were not happy that we had to lug all our stuff up a flight of steps as there was no elevator. That’s our fault that we didn’t ask ?!! Room smelled like smoke . We looked at the bed thought ughh .. but surprisingly we had a good night sleep .

Not as clean as most Wyndham properties I have stayed in. The front desk woman was very pleasant. One bath towel and one hand towel in the room for two people...
