Do not book here. I was arriving after reception hours and was told i’d receive check in instructions in my email, which i did not. I called 4 times the day i was arriving to let them know that they didn’t send me what i needed. But No answer. i arrived at 1am, couldnt get in and was on the street with my luggage. Oh also the hotel is a complete catfish. It’s gross, and when i FINALLY got in my room, i had no towels and there was half dranken soda bottles on the counter. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SKETCH PLACE!!!

We loved our stay at the Odalys in Nice. It was so nice to have a well equipped kitchen and dining area. The location is a little distant for Old Nice and the promenade but we loved walking through the streets, finding different routes to get to where we wanted to be. The hotel is excellently located for bus, rail and tram connections, and we took advantage of all of these to get off the beaten track. My only slight negative is that the street outside is noisy. The amenity workers do a fantastic job but they do it early in the morning. That said, the apartments have excellent windows and A/C. We liked to sleep with our windows open and actually enjoyed listening to Nice waking up each day.

Perfect location walkable to everthing: the water, Promenade, tram, train and buses. Grocery store next door, taxi stand acroos the street. The apartment had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Anything we didn't have, we bought at the store nearby. The clerks at the desk spoke English well and helped us navigate our day trips. Emir and Andrea were happy, personable and helpful everyday!

Light and airy apartment. Excellent value.
Perfect location and excellent value. The apartment was light and airy, comfortable and pleasant to be in. The cooking facilities were sufficient to allow for simple cooking and there was even a dishwasher. We enjoyed our stay here and had chosen Odalys having stayed, a few years ago, in their Nimes aparthotel, which is also excellent. Would book again if we return to Nice

Escaping a dull, wet January
Very good location - only a few minutes walk from the tram station that links to the airport - about 10 minutes walk to Promenade des Anglais - about 15 minutes walk to the main train station - a good restaurant and a great bakery across the road - a convenient small supermarket next door. Apartment had a bedroom, lounge/kitchenette & bathroom - enough room for 2 people (there was a sofa bed in the lounge but I think it would have been too small a space for 4 people.) I would stay there again.

Very pleasantly surprised with our room. Had a mezzanine so bedroom bathroom upstairs. Lovely clean sheets and plenty of towels changed every day. Reception staff very helpful and nice! We have stayed in Nice many times before and not been happy with accommodation this was the exception.10min walk to train station 5mins to new metro line And 15mins to old town.
