Beautiful views, petty issues, worth the price
The view was beautiful although the shape of the building allows you to view inside other guests rooms and them yours. The bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean and beautiful. The carpet, chair and other decor were in need of a good cleaning or replace them to update. The room temperature was very warm. We tried to turn the heat down and off, but it was very warm all night. Hotel bar is has an amazing view with many cocktails choices and a short list of food options. The pool and locker rooms were bright, beautiful and spacious, but you must have a swim cap or purchase one for 120rmb.

Great views from many rooms but our had construction going on below. The Vue bar upstairs is lovely. The room was extremely hot and even after calling there was nothing they could do.

Good room for the price but not over the top fancy. Amenities on site are great. Location is good also. Breakfast hits. Rooftop lounge is a winner.

Food top - condition needs improvement.
Very good food, breakfast and Happy Hour offerings were delicious, free drinks for Happy Hour if you book club rooms. However, view from the club rooms to the skyline is not the best. Great location. Overall the Hotel needs a deep renovation - mediocre condition of rooms and public areas do not make you feel like 5 stars.

뷰는 좋았고 서비스도 너무 좋았지만, 아래가 공사중이어서 29층임에도 밤에 소음때문에 잠들기 어려웠습니다. 그리고 용접 불빛때문에 창문을 열어놓고 잘 수도 없었습니다... 조식도 너무 맛이없어서.. 서비스 빼고는 별로였습니다. 특히 화장실에서 찌린내가 너무 심하게 나서.. 다음엔 다시 안가려구요

Unfortunately staff could not speak English. I was missing laundry from the room. Breakfast area was a problem as they sat us at someone’s supposed reserved table and caused for commotion. Overpriced for the service

Good view of the Bund from our room. Spacious & consistence good services from reception, to room services, restaurants, bell boy, etc. Except amenities in room. Tea & coffee were not replenished. And basis items are not provided unless you request. Housekeeping needs improvement, We check out for a night to travel to Hangzhou but requested to stay in the same rooms which the reception kindly agreed. When we check in one night later, the tea & coffee was not replenish and a plastic bag we left behind accidentally in the coffee making cabinet was not cleared. Otherwise our stay was excellent.
