Mal servicio a cuarto.
Instalaciones y habitaciones están OK. El servicio de recepción es muy amable, pero el servicio de alimentos a cuartos es PÉSIMO ase tardaron más de una hora para un plato de frutas y un sándwich. Y para finalizar el mesero (David) se porto muy grosero y de mala actitud. Dudaría en volver a hospedarme ahí con ese tilo de personas.

The hotel was clean, the breakfast buffet was economical and tasted excellent. The room was cleaned daily, staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the hotel and would definitely stay again.

Great hotel, don´t check-in early
The staff was very friendly. Was not advised of being charged half a day rate for early check-in. Our flight arrived at 9am and we were charged for checking in before 3pm.
