Poor
We had a great view of volcano from the room/balcony. House keeping staff was very good at what she/he was doing. But from the bathroom you can hear the neighbors so clearly and it was almost annoying level noise come through the bathroom. Most of all the checking in experiance was horrible. I traveled to 22 countries over the 30 years and had a worst experiance in my life. When we got there after a long trip from the ocean side, there was a group of tourist blocking the front desk but a staff noticed but did not do anything about it. He just pointed to the other staff who was busy looking at the monitor. He motioned her 3 times but did not work. Finally my husband tried to check in with him but he refuesed still want us to check in with the other person while the group was still possessing the whole lobby area. I never seen this not caring not welcoming experience at the hotel for a check in. We were there on the March 7th at 2:50pm.

Incredible! Would definitely return. Beautiful room and grounds. Excellent food. Only disappointment was the hot springs were not quite what we expected, but still nice nonetheless. Would definitely recommend a visit to this resort.
