Could be quieter
Large room for nyc but somewhat date with stains in the carpet (room 403). Biggest issue was street noise. This hotel is in a busy flower market area and many trucks come to deliver as well as pickup flowers early in the morning. The hotel was kind enough to provide ear plugs upon request.

Although on higher floor, it was very noisy even late into the night. There was constant honking/construction/sirens heard starting early in the morning and going past midnight. There is no safe in the rooms so you have to leave valuables at the front desk.
