I love the Cove! Only thing that would have made it better were an earlier checkin (3pm) and the ridiculous seat saving at the Cove pool. The scene is not what it once was with an older crowd going down to the pool to save their seat with a towel at 10am and not return for hours. For the price and how exclusive that pool is supposed to be, it is unbelievable that it is allowed. I suppose the lack of seating helps them sell daybeds and cabanas.

Very pool housekeeping. No extra towels, late in doing the room cleaning, no water, no coffee, no creamers. Little things but they matter when your spending so much on a holiday. Cost of meals (restaurants) were insane!!!!!

Beautiful hotel with Amazing view! This is a more secluded luxurious hotel, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main Atlantis hotel. Staff is great and welcoming. The koi ponds all through out the property is so pleasant and relaxing to look at. Enjoyed our stay there and will come back

The location of The Cove is nice because its a little out of the madness of the Royal. Nice view of Dolphin Cay if on top floors. We weren’t happy that we booked in april 2019 and requested a king bed for our anniversary trip and only thing they made available were 2 queens. We felt like booking that far in advance the request could’ve been accommodated but when we complained upon checking in the management said that’s all they could do. The staff was all friendly and service was quick when we ordered room service or needed anything during our stay. The Cove pool is for adults only and by far the cleanest pool so I would recommend this hotel to couples just for that amenity alone. It’s not an adults only hotel, so families are there and have use of the cascades pool and beach. Fitness center is very close to the Cove and the Reef hotels which was a plus for us. The Mosaic restaurant in the Cove has an unbelievable breakfast buffet. It’s expensive so we only did one day but the options are endless. If we come back to Atlantis I would choose to stay at The Cove again for sure.
