Servizi e cibo da migliorare
Grande villaggio pieno di servizi. Peccatonche sia strapieno, le camere familiari dislocate in punti distanti e scomodi soprattutto per i bambini piccoli. Qualità del cibo mediocre, gestione dei pasti scadente e servizio al self service lentissimo e disorganizzato. Favolosa la piscina e l'area solarium, posto strategico immerso nel verde con vista Etna e nel fiordo di Brucoli. Troppa confusione e affollamento, servizi di checkin e checkout lenti. Buona la possibilità di pasti in loco con pensione completa, simpatica l'animazione. Si potrebbe migliorare tanto.
