Eine schöne Anlage, mit viel Luft nach oben. Angekommen im Hotel keine Begrüssung, Mitarbeiter sehr unerfahren/unfreundlich. Um 15 Uhr durften wir in unser Zimmer. Zimmer gut, wir hatten am ersten Tag viele Ameisen die dann direkt beseitigt wurden. Reinigungskräfte putzen nicht gut. Liegen am Pool leider wie in vielen Hotels bekannt, morgens bzw. am Vorabend schon mit Handtüchern reserviert. Es gibt nicht genug Schirme, jedoch war hier das Personal sehr bemüht und organisierten Schirme vom Strand. Essen im Hauptrestaurant abends sehr überfüllt die Köche kamen nicht nach mit dem Essen auffüllen, etwas chaotisch. Essen war OK könnte besser sein! Abendprogramme waren gut, Live Musik etc. Animationsteam war ganz nett, müssen sich aber noch etwas einspielen. Gruß an Bedirhan! Wir beobachteten wie Rettungschwimmer von Gästen mit alkoholischen Getränken versorgt wurden! Sowas geht garnicht! Wir würden das Hotel nicht noch einmal besuchen. Es muss sich noch vieles verbessern.
