It was an amazing stay for the whole family!, we enjoyed the unique location of this hotel making it just couple of minutes away from multiple public transportation stations in addition to the hotel’s private shuttle that reach to different important places in the city on daily basis!, Rooms were clean ,smartly designed and comfortable !, So many thanks and respect to the hotel’s staff ‘smile team’ with their leader Ms.Aysenür ,for their friendly attitude and professional service that created a great positive atmosphere for us during the whole stay! ^~^

I was booked for bed and breakfast they haven’t give me breakfast they charge me for breakfast and the food was rubbish and also I am booked for 17 feb they Ask me to I pay another extra charge One more night 270 Turkish lira it was rubbish I wasn’t happy at all Even the staff are not clearly explained to me the thing only the Cleaning lady was so polite she was so hospitality I only thanks to her not a hotel it was just west of my money and my time thank you

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good. A bit far from the tourist attractions but there was a shuttle to the station. Bathroom had a bad smell.

Staff and the service were great and the room wasn’t bad either. The only issue for us though was the heavy cigarette smell lingering in the room. There was also an astray left in the room. I wish that we had a room without any of it. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.
