Your front office staff were very friendly and helpful with answers to our questions for recommendations. Rooms were nicely decorated, with nice amenities in our room. Loved the beds and wish I could find out where you got those beautiful white comforters. Enjoyed the breakfast options, the kind staff and the ability to eat in a dining area. We would rate our stay a “10”! Thank you!
The hotel was nice. The room was clean including the bedding. The breakfast was good. We were happy to have a restaurant in the same complex.
We stayed there for 3 nights but the room that was given to us has clogged sink and there's no hot water. We were offered to switch room and I said if we could just do it the next day because we had a very late check in and we're tired to even transfer to a different room. They sent maintenance to fix the clogged sink but what made us really move to another room was the loud noise from upper room where it sounded like a child was running and jumping the whole time. Even the maintenance guy heard it while he was fixing the sink.
Front desk was above and beyond and lovely. Staff awesome. Still safely serving breakfast!!!! Amazing

The hotel system was down and could not check in, no room was available due to system issues. Staff was very rude, no help in finding a new place to stay. Basically we were on our own. Terrible staff.

Hotel was nice and clean, really enjoyed the size and layout of the room... problem was there was no hot water. I ended up taking a very very cold shower and when I called the front desk I was dismissed saying that “there has to be hot water”. But that was it no one came to check no one called to check.... upon check out I mentioned it to the front desk and again I was dismissed saying there were no other complaints.... it was nice and conveniently located but won’t stay there again...
This hotel is outdated. The sink didn’t drain and the room needs an update. The mattress needs replacing. Overall, not impressed.
It was centrally located, clean and the breakfast was outstanding.
