Sunrise Hotel NHA Trang
Stayed 8 nights @ Sunrise second time since our 2018 visit. This time things were not as good as first stay: buffet breakfast had none of the delicious Vietnamese salads we raved about - the spread was western and has not changed during our stay. The beach was not cleaned and beach umbrella, towels and sunbeds were provided well after 7am while other hotels manned their beach areas earlier given sun rises before 6am. Not coming back

Best in Nha Trang
Ive been to Nha Trang several times and this qas by far the best experience. View was amazing for the sunrise. The breakfast was first class with lots of choice both western and Asian. Lovely pool and other decent facilities. The room was comfortable and spacious. I thunk the hotel's biggest asset is its staff. Everyone of them went out of their way to help and were just really pleasant to be around. Front desk/porters/cleaning/pool & beach staff all had smiles on their faces and wanted to assist. They even had a guard to help you cross the road to the beach. Can't fault the place and the cost was reasonable too.

Our lovely sunrise stay.
We loved our stay here. It was great value for our money. We got a king bed with an ocean view. The pool is cool and refreshing, it’s walking distance to many shops and restaurants BUT, the food at the restaurant is exceptional. We loved breakfast too. We even caught sunrise the last morning we stayed.

OK but some improvements needed
Overall the trip was ok but for us there were 3 issues 1. Noise, we stayed in a suite in the main building and the windows were not double glazed so there was a lot of noise from the street from 4.30am 2. Light the window curtains were not black out and Not a good fit so sun shone into the room very early. 3. Staff, reception and concierge were helpful and friendly but some of the bar staff were not very attentive they were more interested in there phones than the guests.

The hotel is a very impressive building. When we were there it was very quiet so cant say what it would be like when full . The room we stayed in had a great view of the water front and a great jacuzzi on the balcony to enjoy the early evening in. Breakfast was really nice and varied . Situated about a 10 minute stroll from the main town it was far enough away from the hussle of the area but close enough for easy walking.
