    Great stay!

    Hotel is located in historical downtown, steps away from historical sites, museums, theaters, restaurants and bars. If you into running/walking, a very nice running/walking trail is only a few blocks away along the river. There is a small exercise room in a hotel. It has a couple of stationary bikes, a pull up/dip station, and a couple of other exercise machines. There is a small indoor pool, a pretty nice sauna and a steam room. The restaurant on premises appeared pretty busy, which is a good sign. I, however, did't have a chance to dine there. Breakfast included a choice of cold cuts, cheeses, eggs, breakfast pastries, bacon, sausage, fruits, juices, coffee, etc. My room was upgraded to a junior suite, which was very spacious and clean. The hotel staff was very courteous and professional. Taxi ride from and to the international airport costs approximately 15 EURO and takes about 15-20 min. WiFi was included in the room price and was sufficiently fast. I would stay in this hotel again.

    We have just returned from a two night stay at Artis Centrum Hotel. As we arrived on an early flight we were fortunate enough to be able to check in early. Our room was a standard double with a city view and was located on the third floor. The room was equipped with a mini bar, safe, flat screen TV, twin beds, tea/coffee making facilities, air con/heating, free toiletries, slippers, hairdryer and a good WiFi connection throughout the hotel. As we planned to use the spa we requested bath robes from reception and they were duly delivered to our room. Breakfast was served in the restaurant on the second floor from 7am -10am and had a wonderful variety of food from scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon to delicious fresh fruit and yogurt. There is a self service machine for tea and coffee. The staff here were very attentive and efficient. The swimming pool, sauna and steam room was located on the ground floor opposite the lift and could be used free of charge from 8am -11am and 5pm - 9pm. The towels are located near the pool. We were lucky enough to be able to use the spa again on our last day after we had checked out as we were taking a late flight home. The hotel is in a great location and is walking distance to numerous coffee shops, restaurants and all the city sights including the Cathedral, the Hill of Three Crosses, KGB Museum and Gates of Dawn. Our room was cleaned daily, the beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The staff were polite and helpful .

    it was a great location we were only there two nights which was just enough there were not enough towels in the bathroom and no-one answered the phone when we called down for more.. luckily the chambermaids parked their cart just outside our room so we helped ourselves to more Dining room staff didnt really seem to care about anything we asked for... thought it was extremely strange that a person would want granulated sugar, which of course they didnt have. No major complaints but not raving about it either

    Splendid hotel providing excellent base for sights

    Wonderful location for sightseeing. Very classy hotel created by knocking old buildings together. Attractive bright atrium lobby with chilled water freely available. Large room 305 with large beautiful windows, and comfortable beds and furnishings. Tastefully decorated. Large bathroom. Good water heat and pressure. I made good use of small gym, sauna,steam room and ten metre pool. Friendly bar staff, with good selection only slightly higher priced than outside. Extensive buffet breakfast served in large first floor restaurant and catering to most tastes. Only drawback was the few inconvenient power outlets for recharging.
