The rate was very low so I rented two nights. They told me my dog wasn't allowed and I reminded them their listing said pets are allowed. They charged me an extra fee for two nights. I lost my driver's license and gave them my phone showing them a photo of it. They took my phone and I asked if they wanted me to email them that photo, and they said no. When I got my phone back I looked at it and saw that they had gone into my email and found the photo and emailed it to themselves. That was a huge violation. What else did they do with my phone while they had it in their office? They gave me a room that was dirty and the bathroom floor was soaked. They gave me another room that was in a very dark corner next to a loud family with tiny children screaming until 2:00 a.m. and the adults continued until 4:00 a.m. These were long-term residents who rent by the week. I woke up with head to toe bug bites that lasted weeks to heal. I heard about break-ins and I was afraid to leave my belongings in my room when I walked out to get food. I guess I got lucky because I wasn't robbed. This place was unlike any hotel I've ever stayed in my life it was disgusting and corrupt.

The bathroom was in terrible shape. There were no microwave and coffee maker. The desk clerk gave us the worst room. I asked for another room. He said all rooms were booked. Later I found out there were empty rooms. The room next to my room was empty.
