Overall good sink clogged but maintenance fixed it.
I was very disappointed because one of the mailman reason I stay at the embassy suites is because of the breakfast. Only to be woken up to a box breakfast that contained a bagel yogurt a cold boil egg and orange. The worst thing I have ever had. I could of stayed a cheaper hotel and at least got an hot waffle, sausage, and eggs
Nice staff, spacious and clean rooms.
amazing stay safe clean and quite
No restaurant, only allowed to book 45 minutes in the pool, no bar, no activities, no breakfast, but paid the same price. Why? Beyond disappointing
Amazing will stay again
On many fronts, we were disappointed with our stay. - Hilton maintained signs professing social distancing and masking. We walked in to find kids from soccer teams racing up and down halls with and without masks on Saturday night. - The hotels commitment to provide breakfast for guests reverted to “packaged continental breakfast meals.” These meals consisted of a chocolate muffin, yogurt, mini orange, and hard boiled egg - with no drink. One of the reasons we choose this hotel was due to the cook to order meals, including omelets. - We managed to enjoy our time, thanks to DoorDash delivery. - We will not return until the hotel can more adequately provide for the guests. Until then, we pass on returning to this location/hotel.
Had to move rooms twice for a two-day trip. Loud noise coming from the first room's pipes. The second room had a huge stain on the sheets. When we asked for the room to be cleaned while we were out - it was not. Even after being out for 12hours...still not cleaned. Had to move rooms again.
Due to COVID the standards were not idea. I did not know that you had to reserve to use the pool, and all the slots were filled when we did find out. The breakfast was subpar, there was a very light continental breakfast that consist of a hard boiled egg a fruit cup and a wrapped packaged muffin. All in individually packed containers. Pre COVID it was more lively and there was a happy hour you could attend daily. Hopefully when things go back to normal the restrictions will relax.
i don't like the new renovation's they got rid of beautiful fish in the floor , and because of covid the restaurant is closed didn't get to use swimming pool but beside that I will return i love Embassy
