Great hotel and stay!

There was no clock in the room. No Kleenex. Towels smelled moldy. Hairs in the tub’k on shower curtain and on the toilet. Hair dryer in our room did not blow. Everyday the plugins in the bathroom were tripped so they would not work. Window was out of its track and wind came whistling in around it. No pen, no paper. People were smoking down the hall. We complained 3 different times and it continued to happen. Complained one afternoon, then the next morning it started again, then same thing that afternoon. The hall was rank with it. Housekeeping knocked on our door 3 different times. Because she could not speak English, she asked if we wanted service once. We didn’t call for service. Next time, later she said Houskeeping and I said it was already clean. She was trying to deliver towels, which I needed but didn’t know it, but because I didn’t know it and she couldn’t tell me why she was there, I told her the room was clean. The next morning she knocked on the door, again, and when I answered it she said excuse her. It was a bit irritating, especially since she woke my grandchildren up from their nap. The breakfast was terrible. Even my grandson wouldn’t eat the Cheerios bar and he eats everything. We have stayed at other hotels since Covid and they had their regular breakfast. The only difference was we were served by the staff. The people next to our room had the TV blaring at 2AM. You could hear everything that was said.Overall it was an awful stay!

This hotel is all about making sure you’re comfortable. The room we stayed in was spacious and did away with the claustrophobic feeling I have in lots of hotels. They were happy to replace things we forgot and the amenities were clean and satisfactory. Rarely you will find a place like this that prides itself both in customer service and in cleanliness. It’s been one of the better hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying in.

We had a 4 night stay. My experience was bad from the start. We switch rooms 2 times during our stay because the first room had a clogged tub. The second room had a clogged sink that was fixed during our stay. The 2nd room had an issue with the microwave and refrigerator blowing the circuit breaker on the power strip it was plugged into causing all of our food to go bad. On our last night, we had a terrible neighbor in the room above that was stomping all night. I called 4 times to complain with no resolve. I was told other rooms have complained but nothing was done. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We were very happy with our stay. The staff remembered us from our last visit, and welcomed us back. They were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. There were 5 of us in the room and there was plenty of room for all of us. We didn't feel like we were climbing over each other.
