I’ve stayed at the this hotel my last 3 visits to OC. The location is great, it’s clean, it offers great suites for travelers with a family and there is free parking. I travel a lot and one thing I’m finding, not just with this hotel but a lot of others. The air conditioning seems to go out during night time hours, as if the hotel has a master control system.

Hotel was very accommodating, allowed late check out for my two distant learners, so that they could work in the online class uninterrupted. Staff was very friendly and rooms were roomy.

I felt safe and had a relaxing stay.
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They made some changes to how they operated to make the hotel more covid safe. Plex glass was up around the front desk. Masks were required to be worn in the lobby, elevators, and hallways. Housekeeping staff only cleaned the rooms on request instead of coming in every day. I felt safe and had a relaxing stay.

Room key was broken I had to be let in and out of my room via security, shower mirror had a love message from previous guest, the ceiling leaked no one was above us, sink had what looked like black mold underneath, and an excessive amount of dust. There was no parking for the hotel.
